Why Is This Happening?

A few years ago, a gang of robbers stole a square dance club in broad daylight.  They cheated an innocent, hard-working couple out of an entire lifetime of investment and hard work.

The crime has been written up repeatedly on the internet. Did you know that the write-ups follow a very deliberate pattern?  Do you have any idea what the pattern is?

You get an email, and a post gets added to a website, and the message goes around the world, etc., each and every time the club's original founder / investor / creator / builder should have called the club's dance, but someone else came in there and swooped up robbery loot to call a dance which was outright stolen from the rightful owner.

Think about it.  A caller invests much time and money to build a nice square dance club. Why would someone build a square dance club?  There's only one reason.  The caller hopes to eventually recoup the huge up-front investment by calling future dances at the club.

But in this case, the very week that the club finally became profitable, dirty, rotten crooks outright stole it from the original founder / builder / investor.  The club-builder never gets to recover his investment.  The future payout goes to accomplices in the crime.  Other callers gladly accept a handsome return on the investment made by an acquaintance who was duped, cheated, swindled and smeared.

Every time another episode in this crime spree occurs, it's just flat wrong.  Every time someone calls a dance which rightfully should be a return on the founder's original investment, YOU get a email message and a blog post gets made and a bunch of other things happen.

Think about it.  These are not random rants.  Instead, they are carefully planned responses to events which YOU control. Every time you see a message like this, it means that YOU helped swindling, cheating liars to freshly rob an innocent crime victim of an incremental amount.  Each message is recorded for all time on  website which serves as a permanent monument to the moment when YOU made a bad choice.  You took a bad situation and made it WORSE by continuing to participate in crime.

Nobody's keeping count but the total robbery amount is now well over $60,000 in direct losses that an innocent couple suffered strictly because Ed Wedig, Fay Wheatley, Ken Wheatley, Sam Bloom, K O Jeanes, Johnny Preston, Jerry Story, Gary Sanders, Arthur Wills, Bill Wright, Wayne Weston, Les Hughes, Arnold Gladson, Ted Zahorski, Nancy Zahorski, Brad Caldwell, Mike Sikorsky, Dan Nordbye, Tom Roper, Wade Driver and a host of other people happen to be robbing, cheating, swindling thieves.

There's a very good reason for "naming names" but that will be the subject of a different message.  Remember, you get a message every time you commit an additional crime.  You'll get the rest of the story soon, I'm sure.

Square dancers are supposed to be fine, upstanding, moral people but the plain truth is that you're just flat NOT decent people.  You helped completely rip off an innocent, hard-working couple.  You did it by claiming that someone went crazy and therefore deserves to be robbed.  Decent people just flat do not do what you did. There is no rightness nor justification whatsoever about the crimes in which YOU participated and in which you CONTINUE to participate.

The one and only purpose of this message is to explain WHY seemingly random info keeps showing up all over the place.  In fact, it's not random.  Every time a new crime occurs, a new message is born.  YOU control the messages.  The messages will stop the very minute that YOU stop participating in the robbery, cheating and swindling of innocent, hard-working people.

Do the Right Thing

Lowdown bandits outright stole the FunDancers club from the very people who started, built, promoted and grew the club.

Now they invite you to come help spend the robbery loot. Are you really stupid enough to believe their lies? Are you really so desperate for entertainment that you'll patronize a club which you dang well know  was outright stolen and swindled from the people who built the club? Do you think that ignoring a problem makes it go away? Are you really that naive?

Here's an alternative. Don't support robbery and theft! Instead, urge the lying cheating swindling crooks to return the money they stole. Even if they do give back the thousands of dollars they outright stole (which will never happen, but even if the thieves do make restitution) it still will not set things completely right. But returning the stolen loot will definitely improve a terrible situation.

Don't participate in crime. Don't help robbers spend loot. Don't let cheating lying swindlers get away with theft scot-free.

Do the right thing instead. Without a doubt, you know the difference between right and wrong. The only question is whether you have enough gumption to do the right thing. Avoid cheating lying swindling robbers who steal from honest hard-working people. Find a good wholesome dance to go to instead.

Does It Ever Bother You?

A few things bug me about a local square dance club. I wonder if those same things also bug you.

First, how did a band of thugs end up running a square dance club which was started, promoted, built and grown by someone else? How did known swindlers end up with their own club?

The shocking truth: they just outright bald-face STOLE the club (along with thousands of dollars). Ed Wedig and his Bandits were entrusted with running the club whenever the founders were out of town. Instead of running the club, they outright stole it. It's a simple plot. Gain someone's trust. Wait until they go out of town, then rob them.

Outright theft bothers me. Does it bug you at all? If so, what do you plan to do about the fact that someone outright stole a square dance club (and thousands of dollars), then lied their ass off about it, and now they want you to pretend the cheating swindling lowdown robbery never happened and/or the victims deserve to be robbed?

Under what set of sick and twisted values does someone deserve to get robbed? That philosophy is extremely bothersome.

Other things are amiss as well. It takes 8 people (okay, 9 counting the caller) to square dance. Apparently nine people in your community are completely okay with robbery, theft, cheating, swindling, etc. Does that sad fact bother you? Would you have ever guessed that an outright robbing crook could find nine cronies to support and endorse theft, robbery, lying, cheating and swindling?

If you go to the stolen club then you are in that bad square of robber-supporters.

Other things bother me. Let's suppose that you owe someone thousands of dollars. Instead of paying it back, you decide to steal the money and also steal their square dance club right out from under everyone's nose, then lie like crazy to cover up your crime. Let's suppose that you really did all those things. In other words, let's suppose that you are Ed Wedig.

Okay, what's your next move? What do you do with your freshly-stolen club and the thousands of dollars in robbery loot which you stole?

Your next move is to find a caller who will knowingly accept stolen robbery loot to call for your stolen club. Surely you face an obstacle. What caller on this planet is immoral and lowdown enough to knowingly accept stolen robbery loot to call for a stolen club run by robbing cheating lying slanderous swindlers?

The sad answer is "every caller they ever asked".  Not one caller refused to help robbers spend loot. You'll find more restraint at a shark feeding frenzy. Most callers rushed back repeatedly to grab more loot, scooping up the spoils of robbery as fast and as often as possible.

Do you find it shocking that every caller will gladly help rob a professional colleague? Do you find it amazing that, in the realm of square dancing, the term "friendship" is as flimsy as a puff of smoke?

Do you find it dismaying that if you ever happen to get robbed, your only choice is to just silently take it like a man, elseways the robbers will smear your name all over the world?

Yes indeed, something's not quite right at one of the square dance clubs. Does this bother you in any way? If so, what do you intend to do about it?

Here's how you can help solve the problem: stop supporting the robbers! In an ideal world, we'd all persuade the cheating lying swindling robbers to give back the thousands of dollars they stole, but let's be real. We will never see such a rosy outcome from this mess. All we can hope for is a realistic compromise.

The only practical solution, i.e. the only way you can help, is to recognize that there are honest dances in the area. (I say this knowing that almost every dancer and caller in the area has already participated, in some way, in the robbery). It might actually be impossible to find a completely honest dance. But surely you can find a dance which is more honest than the totally immoral corrupt swindled robbed cheated club which is operated today by a crime ring.

Here's how you can make things better. Every time you're tempted to support the crooks, DON'T. Instead, find an honest dance (if you can) and support that event instead.

Find the Mistake

You already know the story. You already formed your opinion.

Here's a recap: an honest hard-working couple started a square dance club. They invested years of hard work and thousands of dollars. Eventually it became the premiere club in the region.

Almost at the very minute it turned profitable, lowdown scumbags outright stole the club, the money, every last one of the caller's so-called "friends", all future bookings and the caller's sole means of making a living. They literally stole everything the caller and his wife had ever built up during three decades of square dancing.

The local square dance community seems to overwhelmingly support this theft. Dancers readily believed all the lies and gossip. Not one former "friend" stepped up to say "STOP the wrongdoing!" or "QUIT bad-mouthing people after you rob them!".

In the aftermath, let's find the caller's mistake. The actual fact is that the caller lost his club, friends, money, reputation, etc. Surely he did something wrong. After all, if you do things "right", you don't up and lose everything you ever had. Clearly, some mistake was made somewhere.

So, let's analyze it. Exactly what did the caller do wrong? What key mistake did this talented hard-working successful calling couple make, to cause bad evil crooks to steal everything they ever created? What inherent fault or shortcoming caused an internationally-known hugely-popular couple to richly deserve to lose all their money, friends, hard work, bookings, reputation, income, etc? What key mistake caused their whole life to fall apart?

Can you find the mistake? All the clues are right there, staring you in the face. How good of a sleuth are you? Can you find what they did wrong?

In fact, they actually made one critical mistake. Many of you are making that same mistake right now. Here's the key mistake: the caller and his spouse completely trusted people who, as it ends up, happen to be dirty rotten lowdown immoral cheaters, robbers, liars, thieves, swindlers, defamers and crooks.

Are you making that same mistake right now? If you support the totally immoral and illegal FunDancers club of today, you are in fact making that same mistake. You're trusting people who will gleefully cheat and rob you. You're pretending that these people are your "friends" when in fact, they're patiently waiting for the opportunity to rob you blind.

If you support robbery and swindling, you're in luck. If you like socializing with other people who steal, cheat and lie, here's good news. You can go to FunDancers and dance to callers who gladly and knowingly accept stolen money to call for cheaters and robbers at a club which was outright stolen in broad daylight by swindlers, crooks and thieves. While you're there, you can enjoy lies and gossip about how the crime victim richly deserved to be robbed.

At least you now know why he was robbed. You know exactly which mistake was made. Whenever you trust crooks and swindlers, you get robbed and cheated. Mystery solved.

As far as I can tell, some of you still support this crime. In today's spirit of investigation, one more question screams to be asked: WHAT ON EARTH IS WRONG WITH YOU?? How can you possibly justify robbery, cheating, lying, swindling, defamation and theft? Why on earth do you help lowdown scumbags get away with their crimes scot-free?

Who You Gonna Call?

FunDancers was founded as a welcome alternative to the unpleasant dysfunctional politics of other square dance clubs. Alas, the plan backfired when seasoned crooks silently infiltrated FunDancers. The bad guys waited patiently while the club organizers / developers / builders invested years of hard work and thousands of dollars to grow the new club.

The club eventually became profitable which also meant that it had grown large enough to be worth stealing. That's exactly what the swindlers were waiting for. They outright stole the club away from the founders / workers / builders. Unlawful crooks used their superior skills of lying and cheating, along with their well-rehearsed talent for gossip and defamation, to steal the club (along with thousands of dollars in actual cash money) and to turn hundreds of so-called "friends" vehemently against the good people who started and grew the club.

When it first happened, the situation still seemed manageable. After all, square dancers are supposed to be fine upstanding people. Surely square dancers know the difference between good and evil, right? Surely no square dance caller would help criminals rob and cheat honest people, right? Surely the crooks could never find a caller who will knowingly accept stolen robbery loot, right?

WRONG!

To avert the very slight chance that any caller was completely unaware of the robbery, the club's founder / organizer / builder / crime-victim personally contacted every scheduled guest caller. He informed each potential crime-enabler that the club still owed a ton of money to the founders. Robbers and swindlers outright stole the club in broad daylight, thus cheating the club builders out of years of hard work and thousands of dollars. The club planned to use loot from the robbery to hire guest callers.

What happened next was a total surprise.

Would you care to guess how many callers turned down the chance to call for cheating robbing dirty rotten stealing scumbag lying name-smearing swindlers?

Go ahead and try to guess how many callers refused to accept stolen funds. Remember, every caller the club ever booked knew ... in advance ... that they would get paid with stolen robbery loot.

Did you try to guess how many honest callers are at-large among us? Please take the time to think it through and make your guess. How many callers just will not help rob a colleague? Go ahead and guess right now, because you are about to discover how many honest callers can be found in the local region.

Okay, here's the answer you've been waiting for:

NOT ONE BLASTED CALLER refused to accept stolen money!

EVERY last LOWDOWN caller who EVER called for the lying cheating robbers KNOWINGLY accepted ROBBERY LOOT.

EVERY caller for the stolen club is a SORRY CHEATER-helping SWINDLER-abetting money-GRABBING unethical STEALING RATFINK who KNOWINGLY CHEATS their colleagues and ROBS the square dance activity blind.

EVERY caller who EVER called for the crooks UNJUSTLY PROFITED by GRABBING STOLEN ROBBERY LOOT offered by SWINDLERS who, in an UNPROVOKED and UNPRECEDENTED ATTACK, CHEATED good honest hard-working people out of THOUSANDS of dollars and YEARS of hard work.

EVERY STINKIN' CALLER eagerly grabbed as much loot as possible, as OFTEN as they could. Many of them CAME BACK for a SECOND or THIRD helping of loot! Today they STILL grab whatever's left of the robbery loot, as often as they can!

Callers totally LACKING in morals KNOWINGLY accept robbery loot from CROOKS and gladly help SMEAR the good name of their crime victims. Many of these lowlife backstabbing callers are actually AMUSED because one of THEIR OWN COLLEAGUES was robbed, swindled and cheated.

Frankly, I am embarrassed to be labeled as a "caller" because it unfairly lumps me in with so many lowlife robbing stealing double-crossing back-stabbing immoral scumbags. I am shocked beyond belief that every caller who had the chance to Do The Right Thing actually turned the other way and ignored all common decency. I am flabbergasted that any caller would gladly help cheating lying swindling defaming slandering proven crooks who dangle stolen robbery loot as an apparently irresistible lure.

To be fair, some callers avoided the crime scene. Perhaps they were never offered a share of the loot. The good guys (or perhaps the ones who don't call well enough to get offered any stolen money) are surely in short supply. Still, a surprising number of callers (actually, any number greater than zero is surprising) is totally willing to help rob and cheat and swindle one of their own. These immoral callers continue to cheat, rob, loot, swindle and profiteer even to this day.

Make good note of the callers who gladly participate in robbery and scandal. Just so there's no doubt, I shall publish a complete list of crime-enablers soon, on this website, for your handy and permanent reference.

If you ever want to plan your own robbery, you'll know exactly who to contact. Get someone with experience. Just look at the past, present and future callers at the stolen club. They all knowingly participated in robbery. Those are the callers you'll want to contact should you ever need help to pull off your own cheating swindling cut-throat robbery. Just be careful. The caller you get to help you rob someone else just might gladly rob and swindle and cheat and back-stab you.

I Was Wrong

Back when I first realized that swindlers had stolen the square dance club which my spouse and I organized, founded, promoted, built and grew, I was NOT alarmed. I thought, "Surely the robbers cannot attract any people because surely the nice upstanding dance community will never tolerate dishonesty or theft.". I just _knew_ that square dancers were good honest people.

Boy oh boy, I was clearly WRONG!

I TOTALLY over-estimated the honesty and integrity of the square dance community.

The local dance community blindly supported the lying cheating swindling stealing robbers. The dancers believed filthy raunchy vicious lying rumors which were started and spread by the people who robbed me. The idea of checking with me first (to find out if the rumors were true) never occurred to anyone. Dancers gossiped with wild abandon. In addition to being a robbery victim, I became the target of a defamation campaign and an outcast in my own home town.

When I refused to silently suffer as a victim of robbery and lynching, the crooks who robbed me set up a website to smear my name.  The dirty rotten lying stealing cheating swindlers tried their dead-level best to put me completely out of business worldwide.

Think about it:  how often do you see a website whose _only_ purpose is to smear an internationally-known square dance caller and try to run him completely out of business?  The answer is "never".  You NEVER see this because there are certain lowdown atrocious acts which are so vile and despicable that people simply NEVER do those criminal acts.

How would you like it if someone robbed YOU and then set up a website to smear YOUR name?

Yet in fact the rotten crummy swindling robbing cheating scumbags who stole my club (and cheated me out of thousands of dollars) did indeed set up a smear-site for the sole purpose of defamation.

The lying cheating rotten crooks went to my own website and found my schedule of future calling dates. They contacted every last one of my future bookings and tried to cancel those engagements. They told outright lies such as "he won't show up" or "he quit calling" or "he's deathly ill and cannot contact you himself". They did these vile despicable unspeakable horrific acts strictly to cause my wife and me financial harm, and specifically because of one fact:  when cheaters and swindlers stole my club and thousands of dollars from me, I refused to take the robbing silently.

Such criminal acts of defamation and harassment are absolutely horrible and totally unprecedented in the square dance world.

Yet, even then, I was not overly worried. I just KNEW that the nice upstanding dance community would observe the crummy evil dirty nasty smear tactics of the cheating lying swindlers and that the dancers would realize that those crimes are just TOTALLY WRONG and unheard of. I fully trusted that the good people in the dance community would steer clear of the evil name-smearing gossipy lying rumor-mongering cheating stealing slanderers and defamers.

Well, guess what?  I was totally WRONG again.

I mistakenly thought that local square dancers were good honest people.  I would have never guessed that people who purport to be "friends" would actually side with cheaters, swindlers, robbers, liars and crooks. I was so totally utterly wrong.

To be fair, the vast majority of my so-called "friends" completely DROPPED OUT of square dancing forever due to the vicious criminal acts of a small band of dirty lowdown cheating robbers. Yet a surprising number (actually, any number greater than "zero" is a surprising number) of so-called "friends" turned completely and permanently against me and my spouse after we were the victims of an unprovoked and unjustified robbery committed by cold calculating experienced swindlers and cheaters.

NOT ONE "friend" stood up to say "HEY, this is ROBBERY and it's just SO WRONG!"  NOT ONE local dancer has ANY morals whatsoever.  As far as I can tell, they ALL support and endorse (or at least tolerate) crime and theft. They continue to participate in the stolen club and profit from the robbery, despite repeated pleadings from the crime victims to please STOP supporting robbery, cheating, lying, theft, slander, crime, etc.

Having lost all faith in the goodness and integrity of the local dance population, all I can say is ... SHAME ON YOU.

SHAME ON YOU!

Your mother taught you better than that, you immoral CHEATING swindler-supporting LIAR-ENABLING back-stabbing FALSE-FRIEND flat-wrong TWO-FACED loot-spending TURN-COAT money-grubbing IGNORANT easily-misled RAUNCHY confused INDECENT vile DESPICABLE unethical DEFAMATORY vicious LOW-DOWN dirty ROTTEN untrustworthy GOSSIPS.

I can only hope that every last crime-supporting false-friend loot-spender gets robbed and cheated and swindled and lied to and gossiped about and taunted and shamed and defrauded and slandered ... and then I hope that all of your fake two-faced "friends" laugh hysterically at your plight. Then you'll finally understand what you have done.

Your total lack of morals and your enthusiastic support for cheating swindling robbers has damaged square dancing in the local area beyond repair.  The region will NEVER recover from the disastrous fact that YOU fully supported theft and robbery.

For all practical purposes, the very minute that you decided to support swindling cheating gossiping lying robbers, you signed a death certificate for square dancing.  You had the opportunity to do the right thing, and as far as I can tell, you just flat let that opportunity pass you by.

Yep, I was totally wrong.  I mistakenly believed there was at least one grain of decency in the local dance community.  I never dreamed that square dancers would enthusiastically help crooks rob honest hard-working people. I totally under-estimated the lack of morals, the power of gossip, the delight of joining a lynch mob and the lure of spending robbery loot.

People need to admit when they are wrong.

I admit it.  I was completely wrong.  I mistakenly believed that square dancers were much better people than they actually are.

Holiday Notice

Due to a religious holiday, the local crime ring is inactive this week. But don't worry.  Next Sunday they go right back to cheatin', lyin', gossipin', stealin', name-smearin', robbin', swindlin' and lootin'.

Let's face facts. Crooks and robbers have infested the square dance activity. It's much worse than "we've got a problem". It is probably THE single biggest theft (approx. $8500) in the _entire_ history of square dancing. And __YOU__ endorse the "Biggest Crime in Square Dance History" if _you_ continue to support events financed with stolen funds and run by cheating thieving lying swindlers.

Do you have enough backbone to do the right thing? For almost a full year, I have urged you to avoid dishonest events.  It's time to ask yourself a question.  Have you even _tried_ to do that ONE right thing which actually addresses the problem? Have you stayed away from the liars, robbers, cheaters, swindlers and gossips?

If so, congratulations! If not, there's still time.  You can still help straighten out this mess.  Here's the one and only thing you must do: Find a dance which does NOT involve stolen funds, cheaters, swindlers, gossips, robbers, liars, etc. Then go to that honest dance instead of a lying, cheating, swindling, stolen, defamatory, fraudulent event.

Help put the bad guys out of business. Don't let robbers, cheaters, swindlers, liars and defamers get clean away with their crimes. Stop supporting robbery.  Don't condone the biggest theft in square dance history.  Put an end to crime.

Find a good clean event at an honest club instead.

Make the right choice

Something to do in your spare time:
  1. Go to the police station and wait until someone comes in and reports being robbed.
  2. Make fun of that person.  Call him a liar.  Call him nasty names.
  3. Demand that the crime victim never contact you again.  Cancel all future business dealings with the person who got robbed.  Threaten to beat him up.
  4. Tell everyone that the robbed person is crazy and therefore deserves to be cheated and swindled.  Drag that person's name through the mud.  Call him a liar again.  Threaten to have him arrested.
  5. Make friends with the robbers.  Help the crooks spend the loot.
  6. Repeat every Sunday.
If you go to FunDancers in Schertz, you're helping robbers get ahead by cheating and swindling.

You're supposedly a grownup.  Why do you need constant reminders that it's wrong to steal, lie and cheat?

So ... stop doing wrong!  Do the right thing instead!  Do NOT support square dance clubs which rob, cheat, steal, swindle, bilk, hoodwink, defame or defraud people.  Is that too much to ask?  Do NOT help robbers spend any loot.

You only have a limited amount of spare time.  Choose honest activities.  You'll be happier.

Remove me from your list

This Sunday a local square dance club once again uses loot from a robbery to hire callers who knowingly accept stolen funds.

Come celebrate all the rotten things about square dancing: swindling, robbing, cheating, stealing and lying while petty crooks smear the good name of their robbery victim.

Some of you have requested "remove me from your email list".

Your request is certainly heard and understood, yet you are terribly misinformed. This message is aimed exclusively at robbers and cheaters ... and the people who support them (like, for example, YOU). You receive this message for ONE reason only: it is believed that YOU support and participate in criminal activities. By the way, whenever you endorse atrocious acts, you cause permanent harm to square dancing.

If you want to stop receiving these messages, you must do exactly one thing.  Stop supporting crime! If you can prove that you no longer support the robbers, cheaters, swindlers, defamers, etc, then your name will be cheerfully removed from the list.

So, indeed, you cannot ask someone else to remove your name from this list.  Instead, you can very easily remove your OWN name from this list by submitting evidence that you no longer support crooks and thieves.  This message goes out only to crooks, thieves, fraudsters, rip-off artists, etc.  There is strong reason to believe that you participate in these activities.  To stop receiving these messages, merely stop engaging in activities related to robbery, cheating, swindling, defamation, sharing in the loot from a crime, etc.

The only purpose of this message is to help transform YOU into a better person. Hopefully you will become someone who no longer aids and abets fraudsters, slanderers, scammers, etc. Isn't it great that there's an internet service dedicated entirely to YOUR improvement and rehabilitation?

It's normal for people like you to WISH for a "law" which, whenever someone's opinion differs from your own, you can legally compel them to shut up. Unfortunately such a law does not exist, else that law would have already been used on YOU many times.

Can't you see that a victim of fraud and defamation has the right to ask YOU to stop participating in even more crime?  Can't you see that if you help people rob and lie and cheat and swindle, then you yourself are encouraging even more of those filthy acts in the future?  Can't you see that a crime victim has the right to ask you to stop rewarding the criminals?

So, for those who claim "our opinions differ therefore I demand that you shut up", I must counter with "you support robbers, cheaters, swindlers, fraudsters, defamers and liars, so I demand that you stop doing these horrible things".  For those who say "remove me from your list" I counter with "remove your OWN self from this list by refusing to support any more crime".

It is not rocket science.  Swindlers, liars and cheaters robbed the people who founded, promoted, financed and grew the Sunday club.  Quite frankly, the robbery victims simply could not afford to lose the $8,500 that the robbers stole.  Today the bad guys use the stolen funds to continue operations ... and YOU are believed to support these crimes.

Well, stop doing that.

If YOU endorse and enable crimes then I very sincerely and earnestly hope that these same crooks choose YOU as their next crime victim.

Surely your mother raised you to know the difference between right and wrong.  Surely you know that stealing is wrong. Surely you know that if you owe money, you should pay it. Surely you know that if you rob and cheat and swindle someone, and then if that person gripes about being robbed, you should NOT continue to defraud and defame and cheat and hoodwink the victim of your crimes.

Here's an executive summary: Do not support crime.  Do not honor defamers, robbers, cheaters, swindlers, bilkers, liars, etc. Stay as far away as you can from the Sunday club.

Abandon your life of crime.  Do the right thing instead.

Learn from Past Mistakes

The local Sunday square dance club:

  •  stole the club away from the very people who founded and grew the club,
  •  ran up a huge debt and then defaulted (thus stealing a trainload of money),
  •  defrauded and cheated and hoodwinked and swindled good honest people,
  •  spread bad rumors all over town,
  •  lied profusely in an attempt to cover it all up.

We can "look the other way" (pretend it didn't happen) ... or .... we can face the problem head-on.

Let's choose to tell the truth. The Sunday club is hopelessly infested with expert and experienced fraudsters and swindlers.

They outright cheated their founder out of many thousands of dollars and many years of hard work.  They turned many so-called (i.e. FAKE) "friends" against the club's founder and they're still costing an honest hard-working couple hundreds of dollars each month due to their constant defamation and slander.

Now they warmly invite YOU to a nice friendly square dance on Sunday.

If you're a total ignoramus with no clue whatsoever, go ahead and fall for their elaborate ruse.  The plain fact is that you're supporting a stolen club which uses the loot from a robbery to hire callers who will gladly accept stolen funds to call for stolen people at a club which is just outrightly totally blatently stolen.

The Sunday club is run by expert liars, crooks, embezzlers, fraudsters and swindlers. The club's original founders made the mistake of trusting these outrageous cheaters.  Let's at least try to prevent other good honest people from making the same mistake.

If you decide to believe all their lies and if you decide to trust these dangerous crooks, please be careful. They might choose YOU for their next robbery victim.

Guess what?

Guess what?

The FunDancers website will soon disappear.

Website hosting fees are payable annually in advance.  The FunDancers fees were last paid one year ago.  The club never reimbursed their webmaster for those legitimate business expenses, therefore the site will be terminated for non-payment now (one year after the last annual payment).

You might be wondering how this affects you.

The main effect on you is that the club claims they "always pay their bills on time", yet the plain fact is that their claim is just not true.  The club does not pay their bills on time.  In many cases, they do not pay their bills at all.  The past-due website fees are just one small example.

The club has had a website for three years.  The first year was eventually reimbursed, almost two years after the fact.  Years two and three have never been paid.  That's just the tip of the iceberg.  The club owes their founder many thousands of dollars in legitimate business expenses.  The club claims they "fired" their caller, but that's just not true.  Actually, the club "robbed" their caller by not paying expenses they owed.

I could easily list many other examples.  The plain truth is that the club cheated their caller and founder out of many thousands of dollars.  They stole the money and the club.  They're using the stolen funds to operate the stolen club while attempting to totally smear the good name of the person they swindled.

The point is, the club is perfectly willing to proudly proclaim "we always pay our bills on time" yet that proclamation is just flat not true.  The club says "we don't owe one penny" yet that claim is completely false.

It makes you wonder about the truthfulness of other statements the club makes.

I'm really not sure which is worse:  people who intentionally lie, or fake friends who immediately believe any lies they hear.  Either way, it's not the kind of situation I enjoy, therefore I'm staying far away from it ... and I encourage you to do the same.

Come Enjoy the Loot from a Robbery

Do you believe that the best way to get ahead in life is to rob, cheat, steal and swindle? Are you the kind of person who does not pay your bills? Do you like to be around other robbers, swindlers, bilkers, crooks, liars and cheaters?

If so, you'll have a grand time at FunDancers on Sunday.

As you know, in an era when far more square dance clubs are folding than forming, FunDancers was founded three years ago by an internationally known caller.  He worked hard to promote, build, bankroll and grow his club. Alas, he made the grave mistake of trusting people who happen to be liars, cheaters and swindlers.

Some dirty rotten lying cheating defamatory swindling bilking hoodwinking deadbeat con-artists infested the club. After a series of cold calculated conniving maneuvers, the bad guys took over.  They stole thousands of dollars and the club and most of the (as it ends up, totally fake and easily mis-led) people in the club.

You can pretend it never happened ... but you'd be lying to your own self.

You can pretend that square dancing builds solid friendships ... but you'd be totally wrong. Square dance friendships are as solid as water running through a sieve.  All someone has to do is exclaim (behind your back) "he or she is mentally unstable!", then all your former friends will suddenly believe it's okay to rob you.

If you enjoy sharing in the loot from robberies, come on out to FunDancers. The current club leadership cheats good honest hard-working people out of their lifelong investments. Maybe you will get swindled next?  Come find out for yourself.

If someone dares speak out against those ghastly acts, the liars and cheaters will ruin their reputation through expert defamation.  They don't stop at just robbing and swindling good people. They take away your very livelihood and run you completely out of business.  Maybe you'll be the next robbery victim?

If you feel comfortable among robbers, cheaters, swindlers, liars, deadbeats, slanderers and crooks then you'll feel right at home at FunDancers.  If you like to use stolen money to run a club which was swindled from good honest hard-working people, then you'll be in your element.  Come help enjoy the spoils from a robbery.

New Year at FunDancers

In 2012, FunDancers prospered by stealing thousands of dollars from the club's original founder and caller. We would like to thank our blind followers for supporting the crime spree. When we needed you to look the other way and ignore wrongdoing, you really came through for us.

Even though, deep-down, you know it's wrong to steal and cheat and swindle, we were able to spin enough propaganda to cheat the club's founders and builders out of their money and their club. We also turned most of their so-called "friends" against them. We ended up with everything while our crime victims ended up with nothing.  This is good. That's exactly how crime sprees are supposed to work.

When Nasser refused to silently take a robbing from dirty low-down immoral crooks, we spread lies far and wide. We went on a mission to put Nasser and Jeanna permanently out of square dancing. By crackie, whenever we rob and cheat someone, we expect a silent and willing victim! If our victims refuse to be quietly swindled then we'll ruin them forever!

Last year was wonderful, but 2013 will be even better. As the new year dawns at FunDancers, we need your help. Our club thrives on crime, cheating, robbery and swindling. We now need a new victim to rob, trick, cheat, swindle, defame and tell lies about.

Hopefully our new mark will be silent about being swindled.  Nobody wants to hear bad news about how an acquaintance was cheated and robbed. That's precisely why our society tends to blame the victim nowadays. There's nothing worse than a crime victim who just can't stop talking about how he was cheated, swindled, robbed and defamed. We're tired of hearing about it and I know you are too.

So, can you help us out? Do you know anyone we can rob and cheat and swindle, so that our square dance club can grow in the new year? We need our next victim to be a successful builder of square dancing, because it only makes sense to steal from someone who can build up a club that's even worth stealing.

Do you know any new mark we can target for a new crime spree in the new year? Let's continue to do the same things which worked in 2012.  We'll simply run up a huge debt with our new victims, hold meetings behind their back, default on the debt, hoodwink our victims, rob them, cheat them, swindle them out of thousands of dollars, steal their club our from under them, and then we'll use the stolen money to run the stolen club.

If our victim gripes, we'll once again tell numerous lies designed to turn their so-called "friends" against our victim. If they continue to gripe, we'll do everything we possibly can to put our victim permanently out of business through criminal defamation and slander.

Can you help us out? Can you think of any possible new victim for us to cheat and rob, in the new year? We're desperate. Please help spread the word:  FunDancers is looking for someone new to cheat, rob, swindle and defame.

Please help. Our club prospered last year due to cheating, trickery, deceit, defamation, lies and robbery. We stole thousands of dollars from Nasser and Jeanna, cheated them out of their club and their friends, etc, but that money is almost depleted. We've got just barely enough left to cheat Jerry Story out of his normal calling fee by claiming it's a "charity" dance. Let the good times roll. We need a new victim to cheat and swindle in the new year. Can you think of anyone we can steal from, so that the club can continue to prosper?

Sincerely,

FunDancers
the most experienced cheaters, swindlers and liars in Texas

You have a choice

Today you have an important decision to make.  I'll explain.

FunDancers elected a new president earlier this year.  He discovered that the club owed a lot of money to their founder and caller.  Instead of doing the right thing, the new president made a "shrewd business decision" to default on the debt, outright steal the money (thousands of dollars) the club owed to their caller, use the stolen funds to continue operations, then tell a huge pack of lies to try to cover up his crimes.  Sadly, many people immediately believed the lies, without even checking to find out if they contained even one shred of truth.

So now YOU have a decision to make.  Will YOU continue to support this dishonest club's events?  If so, you're sending a clear vote in favor of cheating, swindling, stealing, lying and just downright rottenness.

Many of you have -already- chosen to support the crooks.  While it's far better to never support crime in the first place, you still have some opportunity to do the right thing.  You can still choose to STOP supporting any more activities from lying, cheating swindlers.

If you go to FunDancers dances, you are a knowing and willful participant in robbery, theft, slander, swindling and crime.  It's that simple.  This is not rocket science.  It's merely a matter of knowing the difference between right and wrong.  Supporting crime is wrong. Avoiding crummy lowdown rotten crooked stealing lying swindling cheating robbers is right.

Surely your mother taught you the difference between right and wrong?

The one and only purpose of this message is to persuade YOU to stop aiding and abetting the petty thieves and con-artists who took over FunDancers and stole the club by cheating innocent people.  Bad guys must not win.  The purpose of this message is to enlist YOUR help so that the bad guys will stop winning.

Yes, in 2012 a local club swindled and cheated their founder and caller. It is NOT okay to steal, cheat and lie.  It is NOT okay for you to pretend that it never happened.  It is NOT okay to participate or even listen to the rumors and lies swirling around.  NOTHING about this CRIME is okay.  To pretend that it's all okay is just plain wrong.

YOU have a choice.  You can stand up for what's right, or you can ignore all the facts and do exactly the wrong thing.  It's your choice.  Choose wisely.

Right or Wrong

Mothers try to teach kids the difference between right and wrong. Their efforts are not always successful because some people have no clue.  Here's a handy guide to "Right or Wrong" for the month of June at FunDancers.

June 3 - K O Jeanes - RIGHT.  Nasser is in Australia. Whenever Nasser is out of town, the club gets a guest caller. (However, guest callers always get paid far more money than Nasser, which is kinda sorta wrong.) Still, the club needs a local caller on June 3 because their internationally-known club caller is calling in another country.

June 10 - Chet Miles - WRONG.  Nasser is home on June 10.  The club has a very simple rule. The club caller calls for his own club (which he founded and into which he invested thousands of dollars of his own money, only to have it illegally stolen).  For the dance on June 10, the club wants to use stolen funds to hire a guest caller, in direct violation of the club's "raison d' etre" (pardon my French).  So, just in case you don't know the difference between right and wrong, here's a clue:  June 10 is WRONG because it uses stolen funds to break a long-standing club rule.

Hint:  following rules is RIGHT.  Using stolen money to break rules is WRONG.

June 17 - RIGHT.  Nasser is calling in Missouri.  I wonder if Missouri clubs have idiots for officers, like FunDancers does?  Anyway, it's simple:  Nasser is out of town so FunDancers gets a guest caller.  (Interestingly, the  guest caller, who invested nothing into the club, gets far more money than Nasser, who invested thousands only to have it illegally stolen). So, while it's "WRONG" to pay a local fill-in caller more than the club's own internationally-known caller, hey, it happens. Anyway, the dance on June 17 is "RIGHT", so ... enjoy.  Club caller out of town, get a guest caller. Simple, right?  Can you believe there are people so stupid (such as FunDancers officers) who just can't figure it out?  But as they say in Australia (where the club's own international caller is right now) "No Worries, Mate".  Hey, that's why I'm here:  to explain the difference between right and wrong.  Club caller is out of town on June 17, so it's "RIGHT" to get a guest caller.

June 24 - WRONG.  If you can't figure out why, then you probably can't do the calls anyway and you should not even try to dance.  The club illegally broke every rule in the book.  They're using stolen money to hire a guest caller on June 24. This is wrong (and it's also immoral, unethical and illegal) to intentionally cheat the club caller (who invested thousands of dollars) out of his own dance at his own club.  Wrong Wrong Wrong Wrong.  There is no rightness whatsoever about June 24.  Everything about it is just as wrong as wrong can be.  Here's a handy chart.

Club follows their long-standing agreed-upon rules = RIGHT
Club officers act crazy and use stolen money to break the rules = WRONG.

July 1 - Wayne Weston - both RIGHT and WRONG.  Nasser is out of town (in Seattle, Washington) on this date. So the club needs a guest caller.  (Did you know that the club pays local callers FAR more than they ever paid their own internationally-known club caller??).  Anyway, the dance itself is "RIGHT".  Club Caller out of town, get a guest caller.  Simple.

However, the club plans to provide free hot dogs and hamburgers prior to the dance.  While this might sound great, it's actually quite WRONG.  Have you ever thought about how the club might pay for the free grub?  Wait a minute!  Don't tell me!  Let me guess!  Could it possibly be from the thousands of dollars the club stole from Nasser and Jeanna?  BINGO!  (Bells ring, confetti fills the air, and you win the prize which in this case is officers with no morals and no brains).

The dance is RIGHT but using stolen funds to pay for free grub is WRONG.  It's even more wrong because the club stole thousands of dollars but all you get is a lousy hot dog?  Whaaaat's up with thaaaat?  The club stole THOUSANDS ... they oughtta feed you prime rib and caviar!  Here's a recap.  Using stolen money is WRONG.  The "wrongness" starts at 5:30 pm.  Doing exactly what the rules say (getting a local guest caller when the club's internationally-known caller is out of town) is RIGHT.  The Rightness starts at 7 pm.

 = = = =

Always remember:  Do "right" things.  Don't do "wrong" things. This handy guide to Right and Wrong is necessary because some people (such as your club officers) did not learn the difference between right and wrong from their mommy.  Pity. For those who don't know right from wrong, here's a handy chart:

  June 3 & 17 = RIGHT
  June 10 & 24 = WRONG
July 1 = WRONG at 5:30 pm, RIGHT at 7 pm

Happy dancing!

No dancing this Wednesday May 30

There will be no dancing at FunDancers in New Braunfels this Wednesday (May 30) ... nor on any other Wednesday.

We are a bit sad because we spent two and a half years building up a nice club, only to have some misguided people tear it down in a matter of weeks.

Looking on the bright side, this same kind of catastrophe can never happen again because ... WE QUIT! We choose to drop completely out of the local dance scene.

You can believe malicious slander, or you can read the truth (kinder, gentler version ... updated just moments ago) for yourself at fundancers.org .

Help celebrate White Collar Crime on Mothers Day

When Nasser (and others) first started FunDancers, they set up a simple rule about the caller schedule.  Nasser calls every Sunday when he is in town.  It's more than just tradition.  It's actually written in the club's by-laws. It's a binding contract.

The club intends to break that contract on Mothers Day, May 13.  The club has talked about breaching the contract for quite some time. So far, it's been all talk.  That will soon change. The club's first actual crime, their very first Breach of Contract, will be committed this Sunday, May 13.  The club will dance to guest caller K O Jeanes on Nasser's calling date.  This directly violates the club's own by-laws.

Nasser has tried every way possible to prevent this crime from happening. He has repeatedly urged the club to do the right thing by honoring the contract terms. Nasser has tried to persuade the club, and also K O Jeanes, to abandon the planned crime. But it's all to no avail.  You can only stop a crime before it happens.  Unavoidably, this crime will happen. The club has repeatedly told Nasser that he is not welcome and that he will not even be allowed into the hall to dance.  Apparently the words "fun and friendship" no longer apply.

The club claims that Nasser makes excessive demands.  Yet in truth, Nasser's only demand is "follow your own written contract!".  The club claims that Nasser was "fired", but that can't possibly be true because Nasser was never an employee.  Instead, he is a full business partner.  You can't "fire" a business partner.  You can only cheat a business partner by performing the crime of Breach of Contract. That's exactly what the club plans to do.

So, come dance on Mothers Day and celebrate the things which make America unique: cheating your business partners, breaking contracts, depriving people of their voting rights, taking away Nasser's and Jeanna's livelihood and just outright stealing a club away from the people who founded it.  These things make America what it is today. You can help celebrate this greatness on Mothers Day.

Square dancing is wonderful but square dance politics are terrible. Nasser (and others) established FunDancers specifically to get away from bad politics. It's ironic that the exact thing we wanted to avoid has now infiltrated our own organization. It's beyond repair. Nasser and Jeanna have chosen to simply walk away from the unfortunate situation. This Sunday, you can make your own choice.  Why not go out and celebrate the crime of Breach of Contract?  But please, do not speak out against crime, or else you'll be banned like we are.

We cordially invite you to our NEW club on Wednesdays starting May 16. There won't be any broken contracts (because there are no contracts). There won't be any board running amok (because there is no board).  We won't deprive people of their voting rights (because there is no voting). We can't default on our debts (because we won't be borrowing from our founders). You can't get mad about what happened at the meeting (because there are no meetings). We won't pressure you to run for office (because there are no offices).

Our new Wednesday group is entirely a caller-run club.  We'll still gladly accept volunteer help ... it takes good people to make a club run ... but mainly we will offer great square dancing with absolutely -no- politics.  Just show up, dance, have a good time, then go home and start planning your next visit on Wednesday.

The local square dance world makes a giant change for the better on Wednesday May 16!  Stay tuned for more details.

Guest caller K O Jeanes at Fundancers this Sunday (September 18)

According to reliable sources, FunDancers had a great time this past Sunday with guest caller Jerry Jestin. The good times continue this coming Sunday (September 18) with guest caller K O Jeanes.

Schedule:
- 5 to 7 pm - Plus Class
- 7 to 9 pm - Club Dance
- 9:15 pm - afterparty at Chuy's

You can still join the Plus Class. The Plus list contains 31 calls. (There's a progress chart on FunDancers.org). Four Plus calls were taught last Sunday. Those same 4 calls will be re-taught this week, so you can still get in on the ground floor. It's the deal of the century because you get two complete dance events (Plus Class and Club Dance) with just one "get in the car and drive".

Even if you choose just the Club Dance at 7 pm, it's still the deal of the century because you get to enjoy an unmatched variety of callers. "Every Sunday is Special" at FunDancers:
- September 18 - Traveling Caller K O Jeanes
- September 25 - International Caller Darryl Lipscomb
- October 2 - Club Caller Nasser Shukayr (who is calling in Belgium this weekend)
- October 9 - International Caller Johnny Preston
- October 16 - International Caller Mike Sikorsky

Let the good times roll!

Guest caller K.O. Jeanes this Sunday at FunDancers

This Sunday February 27 please make welcome guest caller K. O. Jeanes from Conroe, Texas.  K. O. has called all over the country (as part of the Texas Po' Boys quartet).  He is also an expert line dance instructor.  It will be a Fun Sunday at FunDancers.
Dance schedule:
  5:15 to 7:15 pm - January Beginners
  7 to 9 pm - Experienced
Lines alternate with Squares all evening.

On Tuesday March 1, Nasser and Jeanna plan to visit the Waterloos in Austin to dance to guest caller Wade Driver.  Nasser and Wade called a whole week together in Reno a few years ago.  Let's just say it was interesting. The Austin dance is at the Experienced level.  Please reply by email or phone if you're an Experienced dancer interested in ride-sharing to/from Austin on Tuesday.

Sunday March 13 is our first-ever Fast Forward special for New Dancers from 2:30 to 5:15 pm. Every move taught this year will be taught again.  This is a separate extra session with a small separate cost, prior to the regular beginner session at 5:15 pm.  Attendance is NOT required but we think you'll enjoy the event.  Yes this could be a long day yet it's great practice for state and national dance conventions which often go from 10 am to midnight!

Because every move will be taught on March 13, the Fast Forward special is a fantastic opportunity to bring your friends, even if they never danced before.  After Fast Forward, they can all be part of the fun-tastic January beginner group already in progress.

Thanks once again to all FunDancers and guests for making FunDancers such a welcoming and friendly place!  Enjoy K.O. Jeanes this Sunday (while Nasser and Jeanna are off calling in Arizona) and we'll see you next week (March 6) at FunDancers!
